Food was amazing!

So happy with my To-Go order processed by Danillo the service coordinator. My entrees were cooked and perfectly and Harry is always cool.

Delicious Italian on South Beach! Public parking lot is next door, staff is friendly and food was very fresh. Portions are huge.

Food and service was pretty good. A little overpriced but you would expect that for the location.

Perhaps part of the problem is that I am Italian so I have a very high bar when it comes to any Italian restaurant. Overall I thought prime Italian was very good, but could be better for the price point. The food was good, but not great. Service was consistent and once the waiter realized that we were in no hurry backed off on trying to get us out quickly. I started with the buffalo heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad. It was excellent, but way too big. My recommendation to them half the size would be just fine. For my entrée I had the chicken Parmesan. I tend to judge Italian restaurants by their ability to do a good chicken Parmesan. This one was fine. Not great not bad sauce was a little bit sweet and the cheese was a bit overdone on top. Overall, excellent atmosphere as we sat outside on a beautiful evening and would definitely recommend giving this restaurant a try but either come hungry or share food.

Tried this place before with my friend and I am addicted ever since. I like the excellent ambience and tasty food and drinks. Great work.

I'd give 5 stars, but me and my husband were disappointed with the Rib-eye. Prime Rib my daughter had was better. Our server David was awesome and everything else was amazing!!

Very good. Fried mozzarella, meatball and roasted cauliflower were all appetizers and very good. Waiter was very good.

You're paying for the name and location. The food was good, not great, at least not compared to NYC/NJ Italian food. The scallops and short rib were good. The line beef sliders we're mediocre, not that juicy...I expected way better. The carbonara was mehhhhhh, which really hurt my feelings. I feel like it should of been out of this world after all the good things I hear about this place but I guess not. I don't know if I'd go back, I'd have to be really willing to overspend for medicore food.

Prices are up there. Food was run of the mill nothing over the top. I can say this because 8 of us dined here we all agreed it was good but nothing to write home about. Best thing for me was the free cheesy bread.

Steak was way over cooked. Waiter didn't bother to ask how it was cooked. Save yourself a lot of money and go to Outback Steakhouse....it's much better 🤮

The food is awful to start and the service is worse than the food. My wife and I were in Miami for the weekend and wanted a nice dinner. I read all the bad reviews, but the place looked cool, so we gave it a try. Our server was so rude and treated us like we were inconveniencing him. He paid little attention to us and made us wait a very long time to take our order and a long time for our food. Everything we had appetizers, entree, dessert, everything was either cold, dry, or prepared poorly My fish was so dry, that I could not eat it and our server never even asked whether we liked the food. They just removed our plates, with barely eaten meals and never said a word. I mean this experience was really bad We never saw a manager anywhere. Trust me, there are so many better restaurants in the area, stay away from this one. It's very expensive and you risk having a really bad night. Time to replace your management

The Kobe lasanga was awesome. Definitely one of the best I had. The garlic bread was so fresh.

Very bad management. On New Year’s Eve, we had made a reservation at 8:30 pm and we were waiting two hours and then the manager came stated that “I have a bad news, no table is available”. It was a zoo in the restaurant. They extremely over booked. Our friend who got in after two hours, waited another hour sitting but no one came to service them. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant at all.

Went for a few drinks and really enjoyed how efficienct and how pleasant it was to drink at the bar. Definitely will go back again just for that.

Great spot! Food is delicious! Hugeeee portions, take it easy when ordering... Managers Harry and Fred are super nice and hospitable, also Danilo and Gino are awesome!

Actually went to Prime 112, the Prime steakhouse but they had just closed until dinnertime. We were told Prime Italian, which is across the street was open and assured the menu was the same except for more pasta options. Could not believe the meat offerings. They are huge, the rib eye offering is 22 oz. We decided to share a rib eye and two sides. The sides are extra and price is commensurate with the meat. $28 for a baked potato and broccoli. The steak was cooked medium as requested but was extremely dry with no juices at all. It had very little flavor. For a top 10 restaurant, we were very disappointed.

Great customer service , and I enjoyed to curve side with my buddies. Food was good , not great. I’ll definitely return.

I eat here a lot since I work nearby. I got to say their service is always fantastic and they keep the spot well organized all the time. Pricing is fair and they serve generous portions.

My first time at prime Italian and I loved it, started off with calamari appetizer which was fantastic (so my friends said, I don’t eat seafood) and shots of chilled don julio for the table. For my main course I had the filet, butterfly cut. (I know, I know, don’t judge me) and a side of Mac and cheese. I loved the whole meal and was left full and satisfied. With no room for desert, we had another round of chilled shots of Julio and continued our night. Amazing dinner, would definitely recommend.

Service was great and the food was delicious. The lobster bisque had a lot of lobster inside it.

What can I say about eating here , It's one of the greatest experiences you have to try. Eating outside on the porch beautiful weather. The food is spectacular you feel like you could be in a different country, Probly the best meatball I've ever had... Love it here it's the best..

The guy who work at the bar Daniel is so rude !!! He do not answer my questions he talking to customers "bro" it is so sad this is not looks like fastfood place he dont have respect, I never come again...

Easy location to get to. Don’t know much about parking since I took a Lyft. Wasn’t crowded when we went. Got seated right away. Cocktails are decent. The bread was amazing!!! Best bread - had garlic, crispy cheese on top and lots and lots of butter!!! I could have just eaten this for dinner lolOrdered sea bass - one of the best that I’ve had. Not too salty or buttery. It was perfect with the accompaniments and their yummy sauce. Ordered salmon - was ok. The accompaniment salad was more tasty and impressive than the salmon. Their meat balls were juicy and phenomenal according to my friend. Lol. Basically — Amazing food! Would recommend when you come to Miami. Not hungry!?? Just get a cocktail and then munch on their amazing bread... I miss that bread!

Terrible Mac and cheese, over cooked shrimp, and big portions.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, we went out for a business dinner, had a reservation for two people. We asked the host to move us to another table. Even though hosts were nice, all of a sudden, a waiter interrupted her when talking to us, to "prohibit" us take the table because it was for four people. If your target market is classy people then get rid of cubans that show lack of respect. We simply walked out. Plus, waiters looked very angry, too much attitude. WASTE OF TIME. Pay attention top management.

Nice atmosphere. Nice restaurant. Nice vibe. Service was very good. Scallop appetizer simply delicious. The rest, not so great. Not sure why this is known for steaks. Bone in rib eye was nothing special. Kinda Blah... Brussel sprouts were horrible...murdered with balsamic or something. Sent them back. Overall So so experience..... probably wouldn't come back...

Attention to every detail was outstanding. Service was impeccable. Could not have asked for more. Menu suggestions by our waiter were spot on. The steak was cooked perfectly and the sauce was simply amazing. Garlic bread was outstanding and so was the fish and meatball. Probably one of the overall best I have been to. Would def go back!

Am originally from New York but live outside of Atlanta now, but have family here in Florida in the Orlando y Tampa area, y some gr8 friends that live in the Orlando y Miami area over by South Beach in Sunny Isles. When am come see 1 of my best friends in Sunny Isles we usually head 2 a 🇨🇴 Colombian Restaurant 🇨🇴 or Steak, or a Sushi or even an Italian but 1 of our restaurants is the Prime Italian in Miami Beach Absolutely great location, the servers our just outstanding, the food y drinks just are absolutely amazing y delicious U would absolutely love it, highly recommend the Prime Italian if ur in the Miami area y it's great 4 anything from anniversaries, birthdays or dates just an absolutely great vibe all around I y my friend enjoy ourselves each time going there when go see her in Sunny Isles when there is nothing else 2 decide 😉- Danny S

Love Prime Italian! Meatball pizza is amazing as well as chicken parm sliders. Nice selection of wines and appetizers. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Miami with my girlfriend again

Well known in South Beach as one of the top restaurants in town. It did not disappoint ! Their Caesar salad was big enough to feed six people and absolutely delicious!! Their chicken parmigiana was to die for! Again it was easily enough food for two to three meals. Sooo good!! They also had a very nice selection of wines and a yummy cocktail menu. Almost forgot to mention their bread... oh my goodness... holy cow is it good. You Gotta go! It’s that simple!

Miami Spice 2018: back again and the food is delicious as ever. Everyone loved everything we ordered- some would even go as far as to say it was the best Miami Spice meal of the year. Highly recommend: Tuna appetizer, branzino, spaghetti and Kobe meatball, and fried oreos.Miami Spice 2017: the food is absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was very tasty, the service was great, and the ambiance is comfortable- not too loud, nice lighting. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Love this place!! They are the real deal when it comes to good seafood. They have the classic seafood options (grilled, soups, etc) and all are well prepared. The food is simply excellent! But that means long wait times so either make a reservation ahead or plan to wait. They have a good system for waiting so we walked the neighborhood, then hung out close by. Easy peasy and the reward was a fabulous dinner!! Worth it!!

AMAZING place for all the seafood and pasta lovers out there. Come early to make sure you have a spot or make a reservation.

This place was not what I expected. I was over charged several times. Even the final check was incorrect. Just to leave I paid. I was charged $9 for water I didn't order. The food was just okay nothing to recommend to anyone else. I tried to speak to one of the managers on the amounts being incorrect. However, he said he couldn't help and called over the waiter who got the first 3 checks incorrect. I didn't get upset I just couldn't figure out why out of a group of 8 why my husband and I got the highest bill with only 2 drinks. Every other couple order outside of the Miami Spice Menu with at least 4 to 5 drinks, and paid less. Maybe another time, but this experience was horrible and not worth the time or money.

Had the most wonderful experience dining with friends. It has been a long week in miami and it’s just Wednesday but when we finally arrived at Prime Italian all my stress swept away with my first cocktail. The shrimp scampi was exactly the remedy to my misery and I definitely can’t wait to treat myself to an enjoyable self recovery dinner again.

Excellent food! The walnut and apple salad is delicious. It’s a big salad so great for sharing. The angel pasta and garlic are excellent! Prices are worth every item. I highly recommend this restaurant!!

Bread was delicious! BUT BURNT FIRST STEAK N ICE COLD INSIDE WE ORDERED MEDIUM WELL !! Second steak 20min after everyone was done had no taste awful !!! The rest of food was all tasteless NOT WORTH THE $400 bucks we paid.... lighting was too dark ... have had better at worser places lol
